Processing time 0-1 day

Working time 2-4 Business Days (Monday-Friday) 

LOCAL AREA(CHICAGO) If you are local and you’re in the Chicago area or surrounding areas, once you check out you will receive a email with the drop off location and time. If you need your wig the same day or within 24 hours you will need to add a rush fee to your cart. Once your unit is complete you will receive an email letting you know your unit is ready for pick up.

USPS If you have to send your unit in, you can send it with USPS. After you have place your order the address information will be sent via email. Once your unit have been received, you will receive an email and working time will then start. Working time 2-4 business days, returning shipping 2-3 business days. 

Orders are completed in the order it is received.
